I went to the front desk and asked for a TV channel listing. The normal information book that you find in a room did not exist. Later that night I realizes that our King bed was a Queen. We got an accessible room with a tub/shower with a support bar. When I booked the room I asked for an accessible shower meaning one that was flat with the floor.
